Ryan kept the file moving tjrough the proess process and kept me onformed informed with status emails about the loan and where we are in the process. He answered my calls and delivered on his promises. He was a great LO to work with.

Poor communication closing date was completely up in the air until we actually closed. .Multiple voice mails were left with no return call. Emails went unanswered. It was a horrible experience. Sincerely Gary Robbins
