Communications wasn't fluid. Synergy got personal financial records for the application disorganized and missing. Had to resend records multiple times.
Mik took care of everything and even closed ahead of schedule. He was very good in his communication and would recommend to anyone.
John is knowledgeable and keeps in touch. He is constantly explaining things which reduces opportunities for miscommunication. This is my second time using him and his team! I wouldn't use anyone else.
