It wasn't 1st bank that was lagging it was the appraisal.
The team was good about communicating with us. We did have trouble understanding the estimated closing statement and we have seen 15+ over the past 40 years. It may well have been VA requirements that made it difficult to understand.
Kim and her team walked me through the loan process step by step!! Answered my questions and any hour of the day. First Bank is lucky to have Kim and her team as employees!
