Rob and Kelsey were wonderful. On the other your underwriters are to busy and slowed the process down. We were a day late closing because of slow response.. Wasn't real happy with the cost of the loan. Points and loan fee.

Luke made himself available anytime we had a question and took time to explain our options to us, which we greatly appreciated. Our experience was very enjoyable!

Communication could have definitely been a whole lot better as I feel I had to constantly reach out for updates. Additionally, the entire refi process took 3 long months to complete and I was assigned at least 3 or 4 loan processors throughout...
