Communication was excellent - I was kept informed throughout the process and never had to wonder what to do next or what was coming! Rianna and her staff are the very best!!!
Communication was great. Submitting documentation on secure site was easy. The only hiccup we had was with the notary who was late and went to the wrong meeting location, but that is of no fault by New American.
