Responsiveness, being pro-active.

RIANA WATCHED OUT FOR ME THE WHOLE WAY. made it easy . only recommendation would be more with my realtor, which happened at the end but not unti then.

Communication is key in a real estate sale/purchase. I really feel the communication could have been better here. We completed the transaction but it could have been so much smoother if everyone was on the same page.

Riana needs to communicate more with the Agents representing mutual clients. I felt like I was constantly having to go through my buyer's to get answers and playing "telephone" and things were miscommunicated often as a result. I never knew...
