I don't need to be contacted. It was just that some things weren't explained well and seem to have to give the same information to many people when we felt they should have been able to get it from the mortgage coordinator.

It was pretty easy. Dan requested paperwork, we provided it, and were pre approved for a mortgage. We did the closing from out of state and Dan helped us through each step.
