Monica was great, I was a first time buyer so I didnt know the process and she walked me through it all and answered any questions I had. If I was her boss I would give her a raise!
She constantly kept me, as the listing agent only, in the loop as to where the transaction stood. She seemed to totally be making the transaction progress.
