I represented the Sellers on a deal. The Buyer originally used another Lender that was a family referral. Multiple issues came up during the transaction with lack of communication from the Lender. We extended the closing 10 additional days...

More communication, Thomas changed the loan to FHA before speaking to me or my clients. I understand it was in the client's best interest but it made the last days of the transaction very stressful.
