Mark Shea is just terrific. Friendly, accommodating, calming, knowledgeable, responsive. We could not have asked for better service.
Mark was on point, sharp and informative on all our worries and questions. Most of all, Mark truly made us feel like friends for years. We had some fun doing some serious business. Sierra Pacific is fortunate he is on their team.
