He does not know his products. We went from qualifying for RI $15,000 down payment assistance to paying $25,000 total closing cost due to his misinformation on a mortgage product. This caused us an unwanted financial dent to our retirement...

Don't be deceived by the many 5 star reviews. A lot of these reviewers have left less than 5 reviews which makes it likely the reviews are bought!Trevor baited and switched us from a different lender into a loan product we were not even eligible...
