Chad meets his closing date. Articulate and explains everything in detail. Any questions and concerns I had, he and his team would answer back both with phone call, and email. I would not hesitate to send first time home buyers to Chad.

Chad Rankin helped me get into my first home. As a single mother, home buying can be a stressful experience. However Chad eased the experience by walking me through each phase. It was a wondeful experience and i highly recommend him.

He was excellent from beginning to end he helped me get my credit score to where I needed it to qualify me with the mortgage we are truly happy with the house and great that he was there coaching us on what we needed to do
