Bobby was always available whenever we had questions and concerns about the process. In addition the rest of his team was available as well. We decided to go with Guild because of this and feeling that they had our best interests at heart.

It's was better then ok just alot a lot of things needed by different people sent a lot of paperwork and communication was missed if it was just Rich I believe it would've gone a lot better plus I'm away from home so that it made things difficult...
