She made everything easy to understand. Was always available, even after normal working hours to answer questions and get things sorted out.
Betsy was available whenever we had any questions. Even at times I would not expect like weekends. She was very helpful answering all of our questions and extremely thorough when discussing documents and quotes with us.
Good communication and I knew what I was going to get based on previous experience.
