Betsy was the most responsive person throughout the entire home buying process. Never once did she leave a question unanswered or let anything fall through the cracks. Hands down, this was the right choice for our mortgage lender.
There is a lot of documents and information that needs to be gathered for approval, it can be confusing and frustrating at times, but Betsy and Jen did a super job helping me throughout the process. The closing went well.
