Minimize some of the required paperwork. I can't make heads or tails on why I was required to provide SOOO much pointless information. Why do you need a Written letter , explaining that that I'm going to live with my parents for a week rent...

went above and beyond to make sure everything was done and done quickly and effectively. He was able to communicate well and ask for the right things when he needed them. I would recommend him and the mortgage company time and time again.
