From start to finish very knowledgeable and professional from the simple questions to the complicated ones. Day or night was there at all times thru the whole process
She was on top of everything and kept us on pace, pleasant and very knowledgeable. She returned all calls or emails promptly, explained all paper work needed. Everything went smoothly, will definitely use Vicki again.
