Once again Jevon delivered on his promises!! Closed a very tricky transaction in absolute record time. As always it’s a pleasure to work with a seasoned professional of the mortgage industry.

My only thought on additional assistance would be more communication around what options exists for securing different interest rates - i.e. the ability to buy down the rate.
