Smooth but hard to judge being a first time buyer
Brook made the process relatively easy, going so far as coming to our house to locate relevant computer files.
This is our second mortgage we’ve worked with Brook on. She and her team are always professional, efficient, and supportive! We plan to continue to work with her for refinancing when the time comes!
