Response time, e-mails frequently explaining where we were in the process
The process was grueling, but the teem was very helpful and supportive. Jevon's willingness to listen and sense of humor was appreciated. Adrienne and Shane were also there when I needed them.
Stephen & the entire team are phenomenal to work with. I never have to be concerned whether something is getting done. Communication is stellar.
