James is great. He is extremely helpful, organized, and consistent. His team even sent us a gift (our name painted on a wooden placard) when we closed, which is hanging in our front hallway.

James is very efficient and patient. He made the whole process painless. In fact, I didn't go to his office to meet him, as everything is handled online.
