Not much to say other than she did a very good job. Yep, she powered through. On time and under budget thats for sure. Im not aure what else to say but I have to type 150 characters. So would I use her again, yes I would without hesitation....

James and his team are second to none and are more then helpful. I am a results now type of guy! However, I can next to never find that but with The Nesbit Team I did and they way more then exceeded my expectations! James called me almost daily...

Stephanie was amazing! Clear communication at each step. We always knew what was next, what was needed, where we were in the process. After losing a house to a lender who dropped the ball, we were very pleased with the customer service we received...
