Very thorough performer!
This was my first home buying experience and Vernon was everything I could ever hope for in a loan officer. He educated and guided me the whole time. He is no longer my loan officer now I consider him a friend.
He was professional, clear in his directions, quick to respond to our questions, and very easy to reach when the need came up. He explained each detail of the process and kept us informed weekly of progress.
Vernon and his staff are very good at what they do.
