    Lack of response. Lack of concern about the customer only about the money. Florida is a different market than we were used to. Someone should have been more clear about the process for example that we would have to print all our own documents....

    Shame on me for not getting multiple quotes, but I don’t feel my LTV ratio or credit was considered in potentially lowering my rate. I believe I received an off the shelf rate and saw lower rates for the same time without requirements of paying...
