Got good advice. Everything was broken down and explained to me . only thing I would change is if we could get more accurate estimates on when things will get done.
I was changed &550 for an Appraisal that I did not think was needed since I was told by Brandon that he didn't think we needed since we paid half down on a $400,000 home and we were charged an additional fee for points a month after we signed...
