Alex was very positive and knowledgeable. He was easy to reach and always quick to respond to any questions I had.
Alex and his team actively communicated and responded quickly to all of our questions. I felt confident knowing where we were in the process and what needed to happen next.
The team was great and very responsive. I also think it was overall a pretty smooth process. There were a few hiccups but we got them resolved quickly and I felt supported the whole time.
As far as my concern, I think you have not doing your job informing customers about their loan options on time. It costs us money with the seller.
And we are still waiting for your reply to our letter.
