Thank you for an easy process. I would recommend Guild Mortgage to anyone looking for great service.
If anyone is looking out for your best interest in helping you get a loan Matt is the guy. I would recommend anyone to give him a call. If there is a way he will find out what you must do to get the loan.
Matt was very helpful with getting the loan started early and finished on time. I was not very knowledgeable when it comes to computers and Matt walked me all the way through the process

Outstanding customer service by being accessible and providing important updates throughout the entire process.
Eric bent over backwards to be available and to keep me educated and informed about the process. We needed to close early and he expedited the process to ensure that happened. We have used Eric before and he will always be our go-to lender!
Matt was great and helped me purchase my first house. I called him and he gave me all in the info in needed. He also got me connected with an agent. He is very patient and got me through it. Would ask Matt for another loan.
