communicating with the client, agent, and attorneys on a clearer time line for closin, and glathering important documents more timely to close as quick as possibl.

it would have been nice if Jeff was more proactive.

Evening! We did not ask you to give up any of your commission and would never ask that. However, I did cut my commission to make it right for the buyers. The buyers received the interest rate and the cash to close needed at closing they desired....
