Vicki was great to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. I felt that my experience was as important to her as it was to me. That’s a good feeling to have when buying a home!
Vickie made the process of refinancing the house simple and stress-free. The communication from her office was amazing, and we felt like we were kept informed every step of the way.
It would have been better to not have to do something almost every day. To be able to put together all the required information and send it in one time and then come in and sign once.
I have worked with several lenders since becoming a agent and Vickie stands out above them all by always being there along the way to answer her phone and help you through the entire process.
All I can say is that Vickie was very easy to work with, answer all of our questions and kept us in the loop. I don’t think you can ask for more.
