Vickie was very pleasant to work with and always responded to my questions in a very timely manner. She also was very good and keeping me informed of progress of my refinance throughout the process.
Three things: 1) a "can do" attitude, (occasional hand-holding) 2) staying in constant communication (with reliable information), and 3) a level of step-by-step transparency throughout the entire process (so no surprises!).
