The rate was better than other quotes I received, and Steve Sheldon and the rest of the staff found solutions to multiple challenges that came up due to a pending divorce. Very satisfied with the customer service.

Because of a pending divorce there were multiple challenges along the way, up to the very day of closing. Steve and the rest of the local staff found solutions to make the mortgage happen. I am very satisfied with the entire process.
