Diana was very helpful and professional with my VA loan.
Lack of communication with her and appraiser. Appraisal report was late coming in, despite it being done over one week prior. No one checked on it's whereabouts until 2 days after it's due date. Ended up getting report 5-6 days late.

She was available at different times of day not just 9:00 to 5:00. She was great at calling back even the same day. It was great to have options of communication like email, texting and calling.
Diana kept us posted about where we were at in the process. Communication was on point as always
