Peggy and her team were proactive ready to close as soon as the prior transactions closed. Closing 3 homes in one day, so everyone could start moving. They get things done!

I never heard from Guild as the listing agent. A call asking if I had any questions or concerns would have been nice. I've had a recent issue with Guild on another transaction. Communication was dismal, so the communication for this transaction...

Everything was done in a very timely manner and everyone we worked with was awesome and answered any and all questions we had. We had a more difficult transaction but everything went smoothly. Thank you!
