Everyone I worked with, mostly John and Alexis, were super communicative. If ever there was a delay, they were incredibly reassuring and offered helpful tips and solutions.
Initially, John's notification that he was taking over the file due to the unexpected death of the borrower's loan officer. Secondly, Alexis and your team kept on top of things to ensure borrower closed on time.
