Terrible! Doesn't answer questions dances around details. Un professional takes liberties he should not take in relationships showing his immaturity. Doesn't understand the facts of the business giving his clients bad rates.
Jess was so helpful in doing everything to get my wife and I into our first home. He was amazing at communicating with us throughout the whole process even when arguably he should have taken time off for himself. We wouldn't be where we are...
