Teresa communicated above and beyond expectations! They had everything ready to go well ahead of time. I was shocked at how smooth and quickly the lending side had their part put together. This was the best I've had in all my transactions.

See previous notes. The portal - once i got it- was easy. Communications were prompt and helpful. Teresa checked in with me and explained things. It was good.

I enjoyed working with Teresa, she was very helpful and looked through a number of different loan programs to see what would work best with us we were able to find a program that was more desirable than other mortgage companies.
