Ray did his absolute best to work the numbers to insure that we closed on time and that we used all the money on the table so to speak. Overall great experience.

There was nothing except for better behaved sellers. They were horrible. Ray was great. He took the time to re-explain things I didn't understand as this was my first and hopefully last home purchase. Thank you Ray.
