Jeremy had got me the information that I needed a few months ago and I had delayed my refinance until rates got better. rates lower significantly, I will refinance again with him.

I have a client asking about a 50 year mortgage. Do you have that program? Both him and his wife work they just don't make very much. They really want a place to call home.
