Shelley is the best! My home purchase/mortgage was stalled with another bank. Shelley was recommended to me by my real estate agent and she turned everything around helped me resolve my issues and she got me closed quickly.
I couldn't have asked for a better or more professional loan agent.
Kylee was very hardworking responsive and kind. She made sure that we had everything we needed throughout the process of home buying. I would recommend her to anyone in the market for a new home. We had zero issues arise.
She did a great job and handled everything. She had me approved and in my new home very quickly. I would highly recommend Illiana and guild mortgage when you are ready to purchase a home or to refinance.

5 Star Review
It seems everyone else on these reviews love this lender but she made it pretty clear that she didn’t want to waste her time with me. Not very helpful. Was short with me. I’ll find a better lender. No worries

Kylee was awesome. She answered all of my questions and provided me with important information throughout the loan process. I would definitely recommend her to anybody looking to purchase a home.
Shelley was knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process.
