She is pleasant to speak with however I spoke with this Illiana almost a year ago. She gave me information on what I needed to do and a number of tasks to complete. I worked very hard and completed the task. Still nothing! Waist of time...
Illiana did a great job. She was very knowledgeable and made our loan process stress free. Highly recommend!
