Kevin was incredibly helpful and very informative anytime i needed. As a first time homebuyer the whole process was a learning experience, he and his team were there weekends , late afternoons, and even holidays to help me along the way.

We bought a home. The only thing I would change would be the clarity on finance packages and what they cover.I.E loans won't cover mobile in a park before we look at one.

My only wish is that after all the years and transactions that the referral stream could go both ways! I have never received a referral from Guild, and that makes me a little sad after the Dozens I have sent.... Merry Christmas!
