It took an extra week to get the loan closed due to continued underwriting conditions that should have been cleared sooner. Erin's communication about them was fine, but the fact that they happened and we had to extend closing was not great....

Never updated listing agent. Asked for receipts ( buyer did home inspection, i told buyers agent i would send receipts to her, buyers agent got with lender to ask the lender to ask me To send her the receipts.
