Jim was friendly, thorough, and his communication was impeccable.

Jim was wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. My second time using him and both times were excellent.

Everyone was easy to work with and responsive. Smooth process to get clear to close and then to finalize the closing.
