If we could have known that you needed the title to the home earlier in the process it would have made for a smoother transaction. Not knowing this information until 24 hour before closing made it a little stressful for the sellers.
Jim was very informative and kind every step of the way. He was available at all times and as first time homeowners he ensured we were confident and knowledgeable at all points in the process.
