Dennis was so knowledgeable and really helped guide us through our first home purchase. He was easily accessible and responded to our emails very promptly.
Title company was not impressive. I caught some errors throughout the process and they were not responsive to the seller. During closing I felt the title company agent was dismissive and rude.
