Even when the processors were behind in what they were doing, Melissa got even more involved to expedite the process so we could close on time. :)
Even though I was stressed through the whole process and had stupid questions, Melissa was kind and nice the whole time. And every time I called her she personalized her greeting for me every time she answered the phone.
Great service awsome team of proffesionals they moved mountains to help their clients, i am very satisfied and happy with their services
