    Everyone is so nice and willing to go the extra mile to make it as smooth as possible. What may seem to the buyer as a huge mountain to over come, they are confident enough to make you realize it’s just a hill.

    Overall communication was lacking. There would be information that a member of the team would inform me on and days later I would be asked about the same bit of information from another team member. I understand that the interest rates go up...
