Very responsive. Fixed the problems caused by anouther lender and made sure we understood everything. We love her and will use her again

Such an easy process and the staff is the best in the business with their communications.
The process was so painless, literally 48 hours from the initial "hi, what products and options do you have" to having an approval with my terms to make an offer on a home.
