Mike was attentive and responded right away with questions and concerns. He answered any questions I had and made sure I was treated fairly. I will highly recommend Mike for further business.
Mike found us the lowest mortgage rates. His staff is professional, quick to respond to questions and knowledgeable.
Mike was great and helped us lock in a fairly low APR compared to other lenders we researched. He streamlined the process as much as possible and made it very simple for us being out of state for a majority of the deal.
The office staff was very responsive and pleasant to work with
Locked in a low rate! Timely communication and had answers for all my questions!
His staff was responsive to my needs, but I had very little communication with Mike directly.
Quick and simple process with a great team.
Great communication throughout the whole process.
Great Job
Excellent experience dealing with Ed and Guild Mortgage on refinancing our home. They exceeded our expectations in all areas of the process.
