Ed was knowledgeable & timely! Ed answered all of my questions & made the process easy to navigate.
Good people
Everything was great. The only thing was there seemed to be a disconnect between us and the realtor and all parties involved. We are all set now and happy on our new home.
Mike and his team are awesome. We have purchased two homes prior, and this was the best experience. Communication always felt like a priority. Mike answered our questions and offered help in any way he could!
Thanks again :-)
Mike and his team made it very easy to go through the home buying process even from multiple states away!
The fact I got to refinance
Communication and knowledge
Communication on what was needed to fulfill the loan pieces.
The friendliness, efficiency and availability to help at any time. Very prompt and professional service.
I was not told until close to closing time that I would have to have a maritial waiver. Becuase of this, I had to wait an extra month to get refinanced.
